Practical Training 项目实训
The practical training is mainly for 3rd and 4th year university students. The objective of this course is to equip and prepare students to enter into the IT environment in the real world. This training course includes 4 major components:
Enhance technical and programming skill
Project role play and enforce Capability Maturity Model (CMM) process standard
Enhance language (English, or Japanese)capability
Enhance professional competency
1. Time management
2. Communication skill
3. Quality awareness
4. Team Building
The practical training duration ranges from 4 weeks to 20 weeks, with over 500 students graduated since 2007. Our current capacity is for 288 students at one time.
Our practical training is unique from the students’ point of view, because we are able to provide real case studies from the multinational corporations (MNCs). We cooperate with the MNCs to provide us with their project case studies, and we utilize these case studies to create projects for our students. Students use these case studies to develop their systems and projects. The case studies currently in our database are:

Microsoft Specific Topic Training 动手实验
Microsoft Customer Service and Support department collects the Microsoft customers’ feedback or request on all issues on Microsoft products’. The related problems, issues and enhancements are categorized, and their technical team then develops a solution on that specific topic.
Training on the specific resolved issue is granted to the customers. Most of the time Microsoft does not conduct this training by themselves, they assigns this training to our software center. In other words, we conduct the training for Microsoft customers on behalf of Microsoft.
We have conducted this training since 2006 and approximately 400 students have completed the training on various Microsoft systems. Usually this type of training is a very short duration training, ranging from 1 day to 1 week.
Microsoft Certified Instructor Upgrade Training
Microsoft Certified Instructor have to attend an upgrade training to update their knowledge in new introduced system. Our software center provides this training to Microsoft certified instructors.
Students mainly come from Microsoft and MNC
Approximately 100 students have completed the training since 2006.
Note: CISCO training is embedded within Microsoft training.
